The word ethics is derived from Greek word ethike meaning character or custom. Ethics refers to standard of behaviour of conduct which is based on moral values that guide people about what is right and what is wrong.
ETHICAL ISSUE:-
A conflict of right or wrong or situation forcing alternatives on an entity seeking ethical behaviour.
UNETHICAL ISSUE:-
It is an action that falls outside of what is considered morally right for proper person, a professional or an industry. Individually can behave unethical, as can businesses, professionals or politicians.

In every organization there is both ethical and unethical issues. In some organization employees do not act ethical or behave unethical which leads to loss to organization. Such employees are punished so that other employees couldn't act like that. Some unethical issues are mentioned below which are under Human resource management.

- False promises to the customers and stakeholders.
